Private sector positions take almost as much time. KSA's (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) section is the most confounding aspect of the entire process.

Hope you get something. My wife applied for a medical job working w the Dept of the Navy and the process was very long...Of course now that I recall her credentialing takes months going from hospital to hospital...
