Somewhere between 3rd and 4th Avenue
Somewhere between when I get off the first bus and get on the second one.

    I have photographed that same building ... I thought it was on 5th Avenue (just north of the Central library). Doesn't it look like it wants to just topple over??? LOL. Amazing buildings are in Seattle. THAT's for sure!
